Ni ddechreuodd Bethan Davies gerdded rasio nes ei bod yn ei hugeiniau - ar ôl i'r tîm fod yn un aelod yn brin, cymerodd eu lle mewn cit chwyslyd a fenthycwyd. Yn ffodus, mae hi bob amser wedi bod yn hoff o chwaraeon, yn enwedig y rhai sy'n cael eu gwneud y tu allan! Cynrychiolodd Gymru mewn cerdded ras yng Ngemau 2018, gan ennill medal efydd.
Bethan currently trains at Cardiff AC under coach Andi Drake.
