Alex was born on 17th October 1997 in Llanelli, a town in South West Wales. She has always been interested in sport from Swimming, Netball and Judo. At one time playing netball at national level but her natural ability for combat sport always shone through. She began judo at a young age and went on to become a 5x Welsh gold medallist and competed internationally. Over the more recent years she’s taken the UK by storm by winning all major tournaments and securing herself a place on the Welsh CWG Team.
