Having turned 18 in February, Joshua Tarling already has two senior national titles to his name. The Welsh Cyclist has also impressed on the road, earning silver at the UCI Junior Road Race Championships in the Time Trial. Tarling has also been on the podium for many junior classics on the road. He currently rides for FlandersColor Galloo.
