Helen has a family full of boxers, so at the age of 15 she thought she would give it a go! She started boxing for fitness but soon enjoyed it so much she carried on. Helen has been on the full time programme at Sport Wales for 4 years, and has recently been called up to Team GB in Sheffield. Her best fight was winning the 3 Nations championship and her favourite boxer is Vasiliy Lomachenko.
