Events: Heptathlon / High Jump

Lauren has competed in a variety of events across track and field including 100m hurdles and high jump whilst also being a prominent pentathlete; her most recent focus has been on the heptathlon following a change of coaching setup in 2021. She currently trains at Cardiff AC under coach Fyn Corcoran.
