The Cardiff office of RBC Brewin Dolphin joins as a team and community partner and will feature alongside the other 18 partners at Team Wales Business Club events, including its youth engagement programme across hundreds of schools.

RBC Brewin Dolphin also recently partnered with Team Wales and Cardiff Metropolitan University to offer a new LeadHERship course for women in Wales to empower them with the confidence, skills and networks they need to thrive in business and sport and gain valuable experience as they begin their leadership journey.

The course, designed by Dr Kerry Harris and Dr Sofia Santos from Cardiff Met’s Sports Coaching Hub, aims to connect sport and business in a leadership setting to enhance career opportunities in a management setting.
