Zoe Hayes

Zoe Hayes is BBC’s Head of Health & Safety (SSR) and was recently on the Board of Directors for Welsh Rowing combining her OSH qualifications with her risk management and governance skillset. Zoe coxed the Welsh teams for several years and was the Wales Chef d’équipe at the Commonwealth Rowing Regatta. An active member of the sports community, Zoe is an umpire as well as holding various event committee positions. She is currently studying for an MBA with Cranfield.
