Clogau (pronounced “clog-eye”) Gold of Wales Ltd is a second-generation family business based in North Wales with over 30 years’ experience creating unique hand-finished jewellery of the highest quality and originality, and with a proud association with British royalty.
For 100 years, many of the British Royal Family’s wedding rings, including those of Queen Elizabeth II and Princess Catherine, have been crafted with gold from the Clogau St David’s mine in Snowdonia – the same rare Welsh gold which is contained in every piece of Clogau jewellery today. Our evocative designs are inspired by the natural beauty, myths, legends, deep-rooted traditions and rich heritage of Wales.
