Rosie started boxing at age 16, after trying out a boxercise class locally in Caldicot. She then joined her local boxing club, Chepstow ABC and also boxed at Pontypool ABC. Rosie joined the full time boxing programme at 18 whilst attending Cardiff Met for her degree and Masters. She trains at Sport Wales and with Team GB in Sheffield. Her favourite boxer is Gennady Golovkin (GGG). Her favourite fight was in 2021 against the Turkish Olympic Champion (Buznaz).
