Olivia has loved triathlon she was 10 years old and represented Wales in 2018 at the Commonwealth Games at only 19 years old, she was the youngest member of the Team Wales Triathlon team and describes representing Wales as the highlight of her sporting career. She currently trains at Loughborough Triathlon High Performance Squad under the guidance of Adam Elliot.
