Henry Lewis

Henry began gymnastics at the age of eight at a local leisure centre, although he did not start training on all six apparatus until he was 12 years old. He now trains at Leeds Gymnastics Club and has been involved in the sport for 13 years.
Henry’s favourite apparatus is vault because, unlike the other events that require a full routine of skills, it focuses on performing one explosive and technically demanding vault. His favourite skill is a double straight full on floor.
Outside of gymnastics, he is a passionate rugby fan. Henry enjoys playing rugby whenever he returns home and regularly watches the sport.
