Elliot Vernon

Elliot began gymnastics at the age of four and joined his first squad group at the age of seven at Retford Gymnastics Club. He later moved to Leeds Gymnastics Club, where he continues to train today.
Some of his proudest achievements during his 15 years in the sport include competing at the Hungary World Cup and winning the all-around silver medal at the 2026 Northern European Championships. Elliot’s favourite apparatus is the parallel bars, largely because of the excitement that comes with learning new skills. Outside of gymnastics, he is in his first year at the University of York, where he is studying Economics and Finance.
