Connor Williams started boxing at the age of 15, making his start in the sport to improve his discipline. Training at Premier ABC, Connor rapidly developed his boxing skills and in 2025 joined the Welsh Boxing Elite programme. Within months of joining Connor made an instant impact attaining a silver at the Boxam International and a gold at the Bocskai International. Connors ascent within the sport has been nothing short of astounding and he continues to go from strength to strength.
