Charlotte went to her first Commonwealth Games at only 14 and at 16 years old she moved abroad to Hungary to pursue her career, she has subsequently lived in Germany, Sweden and Barcelona playing table tennis full time. After a period of training back home in Abergavenny due to the Coronavirus pandemic, Charlotte now plays in Germany, Spain and Sweden.
