Caris holds Welsh Feather cap number #225 and transitioned from the NXT Gen environment to international match squads within a single season, earning her debut at the second fixture of the 2024 Uganda Test Series.
Caris played for Wales U17s from 2015-207 earning her first U17s cap in 2016 Netball Europe. She played U21s for Wales (uncapped) from 2017-2021, including a friendly against Isle of Man in 2020.
