William Perrett

William Perrett is an endurance cyclist who races across both road and track, specialising in events including the Points Race, Madison, Omnium and Team Pursuit.
His route into elite cycling has been less traditional than many riders, progressing through university cycling and domestic racing before earning opportunities with the Great Britain Cycling Team. He has since competed at major international events including the UCI Track World Championships, European Championships and the Commonwealth Games.
Will has built a reputation as one of Britain’s strongest domestic track riders, particularly in the Points Race, where he has won multiple national titles. His results include European Omnium bronze in 2023 and a Nations Cup Elimination Race win in 2024.
Away from the boards, he has also raced on the road and currently rides for DAS Richardsons. His Welsh roots come through his granny’s side of the family, from Bangor-on-Dee, and he is proud to have the opportunity to represent Wales at the Commonwealth Games.
