Meg was named as the reserve for the Wales Netball World Cup 2023 squad in Cape Town.
Meg Pilkington competes within the Nottingham Forest NXT Gen environment and continues her development within the Welsh Feathers environment. She earned her first Wales international cap at the first fixture of the 2024 Uganda Test Series and subsequently played in the Celtic Cup 2024 vs Scotland.
Meg was part of the Loughborough Lightning squad that became inaugural NXT GEN champions in 2025. She is a part of the Weston Park Blades team that became England Netball National Premier 1 Champions for the 2025/26 season.
