Anna has over 25 years’ experience competing and working in a high performance environment, as a former netball player for Wales and twice competing in the Commonwealth Games and World Cup, and as a former coach of the England squad. With this background, as well as holding many leadership and strategic positions within elite organisations, Anna provides unique and authentic insight into the demands of performance sport, along with a solid understanding of what it takes to

achieve success at this level. Anna is passionate about developing people, particularly women in sport and inclusion and diversity, and has been involved in several initiatives in this area in the past.
