Shooting
There are 4 different shooting events that take place at the Commonwealth Games; clay target, pistol, small-bore/air rifle and full-bore rifle. Shooting is an optional sport and was first introduced in 1996. The only Games’ shooting has not appeared in, since its introduction, was in 1970. Wales have won a medal in shooting at every Games.
