Sofia started gymnastics aged five at Cardiff Central Youth Club and currently competes for Clwb Cymru Caerdydd. Sofia has represented Wales internationally and her favourite gymnastics memory is Competing at the British Championships in the Echo Arena.

2019 – AA bronze medallist, gold on bars and bronze in vault at Pre-Olympic Youth Cup
2022 – Welsh senior vault champion
2022 – British Championships bronze on vault
