Poppy started gymnastics aged six at the Capital Academy currently competes for Clwb Cymru Caerdydd. Poppy has represented Wales and GB internationally and her favourite place to compete was in America.

2021 – Junior British vault and floor champion and bronze medallist AA
2022 – Senior Welsh floor Champion and silver medallist AA
2022 – British Championships bronze floor medallist
