Megan started playing hockey at Millfield school when she was 7 and continued to play throughout her time there, finishing off her school career as first team captain. She then went on to attend Loughborough University for 4 years, where she was part of the team that won BUCS Gold in 2018 and became Vice-Captain in her final year. Megan went on to join Buckingham HC, receiving ‘Most Improved’ player over the 2019/2020 season. The defender started playing for Wales U16 in 2010 and progressed up through the age groups, before transitioning into the senior squad. She received her first Senior cap in 2015 at Glasgow Green Hockey centre against Scotland.
