Mali started gymnastics aged three at Bridgend YMCA and currently competes for Clwb Cymru Caerdydd. Mali has represented Wales internationally and her favourite gymnastics moment was winning a silver medal on beam at the British Espoir Championships. Mali has strong association with the Commonwealth games as her father is four-time Olympic and five-time Commonwealth Games diver, Bob Morgan.

2021 – Junior British beam champion
2022 – Welsh Championships senior bronze AA and masters beam champion
