Lewis became the first Welshman to dip under 24 seconds in the 50m Butterfly in 2019 just 18 months on from switching from specialising in Breaststroke. He won Commonwealth Youth gold for Wales in 2017 in the 100m Fly before earning a bronze over 50 metres. Fraser improved on his own Welsh 50 Fly record at this year’s Swim Wales National Championships.
