Jea started gymnastics Age five and a half at Phoenix Gym Club and currently competes for Clwb Cymru Caerdydd. Jea was first taken into British Performance Pathway Development Squad when she was only 10 years old and has since represented both Wales and GB internationally.

2019 – Espoir AA British Champion 2019
2021 – Junior British bars champion and silver AA
2022 – Welsh senior AA, bars and beam champion
