After narrowly missing out on selection for the 2018 Games in Glasgow, Dan Jones sprinted his way to selection with a Welsh 50m Freestyle record. Dan will be joined in Birmingham by his partner Alys Thomas, who is racing at her fourth Games. Dan, who hails from Welshpool, will race in the individual 50m and 100m Freestyle and will be a key member of the relay teams.
