Owens Group announced as Team Wales Partner

Commonwealth Games Wales today announced Owens Group as a new Official Team and Community Partner over the next four years 

Owens Group, a renowned family-owned business in the UK, has become a leader in Transport, Warehousing and Distribution over its impressive 50-year journey.  

Founded by Huw Owen MBE in 1972, the business is headquartered in Llanelli, South Wales. With a dedicated workforce exceeding 1,000 employees nationwide, Owens Group has experienced remarkable growth, boasting a fleet of over 1,000 vehicles and achieving a turnover surpassing £120 million.  

The company’s comprehensive range of services includes efficient parcel and pallet distribution, as well as reliable recycling services. Demonstrating a strong commitment to sustainability, Owens Group has made substantial investments in Alternative Fuelled Vehicles, allowing them to offer eco-friendly solutions to their customers while reducing their environmental footprint.
