Eleonora Caksa

Eleonora graduated from Coventry University with a BA in Sports Management, adding to her skills with a year of studying Business and Marketing in Spain.
She gained experience in sports administration, student engagement, and content creation during her time as a Sports Administrator at Coventry University Students’ Union and also volunteered as a Communications Officer for the university’s Women’s Basketball Club.
She joined Commonwealth Games Wales in 2024 as an Engagement Assistant, working closely with the Head of Engagement on community outreach, marketing, and projects such as the Team Wales Business Club and Youth Engagement Programme.
With over 15 years of involvement in basketball, Eleonora is passionate about the positive impact of sports and its power to inspire and bring people together.
