Josh Griffiths

Josh Griffiths is a self-coached marathon runner and trains in Carmarthenshire. In 2017, he made his marathon debut where he finished as the fastest Briton at the London Marathon. This allowed him to qualify for the World Championships and go on to represent Wales at the 2018 Commonwealth Games.

Josh said “I always dreamed of one day being able to pull on the red vest of Wales at a Commonwealth Games and it’s a dream that inspired me to train so hard”
