Gemma Frizelle is one of Britain’s most accomplished rhythmic gymnasts with back-to-back, all-around silver medals at the 2016 and 2017 British Championships.
She was inspired by Commonwealth Games medallist Frankie Jones and competed in her first Games in 2018.
