Events: Rhythmic Gymnastics
Gemma started rhythmic gymnastics aged 12 at Llanelli RGA and continues to compete for them. Gemma has represented both Wales and GB internationally, including competing at the 2018 World Championships. Her favourite gymnastics memory is her selection for the 2018 Commonwealth Games. Gemma attended Cardiff Met University completing a bachelor’s degree in Sport & Exercise Science and a Masters in Psychology.
