The Backstedt name is no stranger to cycling. Elynor is the daughter of Welsh cyclists Megan Hughes and Magnus Backstedt, she also has a sister, Zoe Backstedt, who is a multiple World and European Champion. Elynor started her cycling journey at Cardiff club, Maindy Flyers. On road, Elynor rides for UCI Women’s WorldTeam, Trek-Segafredo.
