Elizabeth started rhythmic gymnastics aged 12 at Llanelli RGA and continues to compete for them. Elizabeth has represented both Wales and GB internationally including competing at the World Junior Rhythmic Championships in 2019, an experience which is her favourite gymnastics memory. Elizabeth’s mother has worked with two Welsh Commonwealth Games teams in 1998 and 2002.
