Beth first started playing netball for Pen-y-bont Dragons. From there she went to Cowbridge and to Cardiff Metropolitan University. She has represented both Celtic Dragons and Severn Stars in the Vitality Netball Superleague.

I gained my first cap for Wales in 2018. I Represented Team Wales at the 2018 and 2014 Commonwealth Games and also represented Wales Netball in the 2015 Netball World Cup in Sydney.
