Joe Small heads into his first Commonwealth Games in fine form after sealing his place with a stunning 100m Back performance at the Swim Wales National Championships. His time of 54.46 in Swansea would have won the British Championships a week before. Joe took 18 months away from swimming but has returned to form to make the team.
