Anna has over 25 years worth of experience competing and working in the high-performance environment, as a former two-time CWG and World Cup international Welsh netball athlete, and a former England squad coach. With this background, as well as having held many leadership and strategic positions within elite organisations, Anna provides a unique and authentic insight into the demands of performance sport, alongside a solid understanding of what it takes to achieve success at this level. Anna is passionate about developing people, especially women in sport and inclusion and diversity, with previous involvement in several initiatives in this area.
