Gold Coast 2018 opens on April 4th and closes on April 15th 2018. There are usually 11 days of competition. Some sports such as the 3 racquet sports, netball and hockey have long competition schedules and so run for most days of the Games. Other sports are on for just part of the Games. Swimming is usually on for the first half and athletics overlaps for a day or so and then carries on for the rest of the Games.
The draft schedule will be available in late 2016. This will show what days different sports will be held. The final schedule will be released in 2017. We will update this section as more information becomes available.
